I stopped making New Year’s resolutions a few years ago after making too many unfulfilled promises and goals to myself and feeling bad about it. I’m not knocking them if you’re a fan and have tried to do your resolutions all year long, I’m just no good with such a big weight on my shoulders. Well, my New Year’s resolutions are no biggie (I’ll lose 50 lbs and be a waif for once in my life or I’ll single-handedly be responsible for world peace), but I can’t seem to do them. =)
Right now, I promise to instead of resolve something major, I would try to make smaller life decisions that are part of my daily existence. I plan to eat one salad a day, drink more water, keep in touch with people who matter, stick to one cigarette a week, and clean up as I go. And of course, avoid the laundry from overflowing. Easy enough to do because I know they’re all possible without too much trouble. What are your goals for 2010?

This is a Sponsored Post written by me on behalf of Bidazzled. All opinions are 100% mine.
I have never really given anything major in any charity work. I mean that in terms of giving money to charity because I don’t have enough to share in the first place. But what I lack in money, I compensate it with charity works through volunteering and giving away old stuff that we don’t need anymore but might be of use to others. That’s why when I heard of Bidazzled, I was glad as this is another avenue for me to extend help to worthy causes.
Bidazzled is a simple auction site that works just like eBay. The site has almost all the name brand products. There can bid on various items and at the same time you save a truck load of money you are still funding a charity.Yes, the only difference is the money the auction site earns is given out to a charity called The Jimmy Ruch Fund that promotes awareness, treatment alternatives and resources for Small Cell Lung Cancer. Getting started is very easy and fast. With a few simple steps, you can start bidding and helping out a charity at the same time.
So, if you ever want to try auctions, try Bidazzled and help fund the Jimmy Ruch Foundation. It feels good to help while doing what you love doing….shopping.

So we’re heading to Boracay for Christmas. I’m so excited since I have not been to the place for more than ten years now. Plus the fact that I’ll be with my family this time around. My past visits were part work and part leisure everytime. This time around would be all about fun and time with the people who truly matter in my life. Nearly everyone’s present except for my my mom, my sister and her family who are living abroad. Anyway, Merry Christmas to you all.

There is another way for us to earn through blogging. Ebuzz is the latest addition to a number paid to post sites out there. And what is great about this is sharing your genuine opinions about products and services offered by advertisers. It literally brings advertisers and bloggers together and both parties get what they want. Advertisers get buzz for their products while bloggers earn for writing about something they truly want to write about and recommend. It allows bloggers to earn extra income while developing content for their blogs. It’s a win-win situation for both.
This platform is based on a simple idea that if you like something, you tell your friends and even the world about it. The only difference is that you earn in the process. It’s great, right? If you’re interested, you can register here. It’s already live in the US and you can also start earning by publishing your videos on your blogs.

I have an addiction. It has plagued for far too many years now. You can’t blame me because I’m a girl. I can’t help it. Do you have any idea what it is? I’m addicted to reading Beauty Articles on the internet and this habit has kept me awake most nights which is not really helpful at all when you want to look fresh and beautiful. If you’re looking for similar articles, you can find them at a1articles.com but don’t say I didn’t warn you.

I was looking for a great pair of shades for our trip to Boracay this Christmas when I came across an article by Eric Hammer mentioning about cheap eyeglasses from Zenni Optical. Well, I’m not yet in the market for a pair of reading glasses but it might come in handy in the future as my eyesight is not the same as when I was younger. So I visited the site and I particularly like the line of holiday eyeglasses they are offering. For as low as $10, you’d get a decent pair of eyeglasses. Isn’t that great especially now that everyone is on a tight budget. They are high quality and yet they’re also very affordable. Nothing can beat that.

School ends this week for my son who is in college. Christmas vacation officially starts this weekend for him. But one of his teachers decided at the last minute to give the class something to do on vacation. It’s a last minute assignment and project. Of course, my kid panicked at first as he was so bent on doing nothing while on vacation. That’s why you call it vacation, right? He has to compile home and family articles. When I heard about it, I told him not to worry because I know a site that is full of such articles. He finally relaxed and slept after hearing it.

Using shopping coupons nowadays is so common. In fact, there are many websites out there that offer free coupons for you to use. And one such website is PricePickle.com. But what makes the site different is that getting coupons at pricepickle is much easier than the others. Just find your preferred store and click on the view coupon button. It’s that easy. Unlike with other sites that look cluttered and full of unnecessary advertisements, PricePickle.com looks neat and easy to navigate and get around. It also lists coupons according to category, special offers, expiring and of course, store name. Visit the site now and start coupon shopping.

I know now what to give to friends’ newborn kids this Christmas. It would have to be organic baby clothes and I really think they would love them. It’s the perfect Christmas gift for kids up to 24 months since it’s made from natural materials and none of that synthetic ones that make baby’s skin all itchy and irritated. Now the only problem is what specific item to give. Funkoos has a lot of great cute stuff that it’s hard to choose. Should I go for the bodysuit or the sleep gown? Or both? In any case, I think any item would be much appreciated. Besides it’s the thought that counts or so they say.

I’m a stay at home mom. I take care of my kids 24/7. I prepare their meals, help my little girl with her assignment and I drive them wherever they need to go. In other words, I seldom get my alone time. Really, it seldom happens. I’m with them day in and day out. Those are some of the loving sacrifices you need to make the loves of your life. And to tell you honestly, those sacrifices are all worth it especially when you see your kids getting good grades in school and growing up to be wonderful individuals.
But there are a few things I want to do for myself. I want to get fit again. I want to join any marathon in the near future. And I want to further my knowledge. On anything. I just don’t have the time to get in my car, drive for hours to my destination, and drive back to a congested traffic. It’s a waste of time. And my time is precious. I don’t have time to dilly dally. That’s why when I heard about WisdomPan.com and the list of skills and help I could acquire online, I became hopeful again. Imagine the convenience it brings to any mom out there who just does not have the time to waste on traffic and other things. There are many advisors on the site that can help you with a lot of topics. Some of the topics I’m interested in are internet marketing and selling, wardrobe and fashion consulting, and even auditing. In fact, I could even offer my knowledge on makeup artistry. It’s free to join.
Advisors can setup various pricing strategies, charge by consultation, charge by subscription with trial prices and conduct unlimited number of live webinars or live meetings. You should visit the site to learn more. It’s really cool.
