Well, everyone and everything is turning high-tech. Even the humble lock and key. We may not have use for them anymore or in the near future especially when we have our ever useful hands to begin with or make use of. Ever heard of keyless lock? Imagine using just your fingertips to open your doors. Cool, right? I first saw this technology with my brother-in-law’s laptop computer. His computer gives him the option to use a password or use his fingertip to access his profile. Of course, knowing him I know he’d use the fingertip. It feels like you’re right off a scene from a James Bond or Mission Impossible movie. Keyless lock and voice identification are the next wave of products in security technology. I think we’ve all first seen it in the movies but Axxis Biometrics has just made keyless locks available to everyone including you and me. You should go to their website and just browse through the many designs they offer. The one I like looks like an ordinary deadbolt lock since the fingertip access is hidden so no one would suspect that you’re using a keyless lock. I guess it’s high time I change my lock and key.
