recycling

September 29th, 2009

After the storm and flood last Saturday, it makes you want to be more responsible environmentally.  I hope every local government in the country would put up more recycling centers.

idaho potato

September 28th, 2009

All I know about Idaho is that the state has the best variety of potatoes.  Other than that, I’m clueless.  But I’m pretty sure there are more to Idaho than just potatoes and I’m here to find out.  I plan to join several idaho chat lines to meet new friends from there.  But that’s the beauty of chat rooms, all people from all walks of life are free to join even if you’re not from Idaho.

cheap seats

September 28th, 2009

Or what others call cheap tickets but good seats.  This is what everyone tries to look for whenever there is news of a good game, a good concert or play in town or even Chicago Bears Tickets.  It’s always more fun watching anything live or in action.  Television is convenient but there is something with actually being there to witness the event that is more appealing and yes, actually more exciting and more fun.  With my family, we are all different in the sense that we watch varied shows or spectacles.  My brother and father love to watch sports games.  That’s why they always keep watch on Philadelphia Eagles Tickets for they like to watch the games live.  While to keep tabs on sports tickets, my sister and I try to go after concert tickets.  It has been awhile since we’ve watched a good concert.  And it’s also awhile since the last time we watched something together.  I hope that before the year ends, we could do something together.  And watching a concert or theatre is perhaps just one of them.  I told my sister to buy Bank of America Theatre Tickets for a change and to purchase only at ACheapSeat.com.

platform beds

September 24th, 2009

I love my friend’s platform bed. It’s a big space saver. Imagine having extra storage underneath the bed! It’s like having extra closet space for your clothes, shoes and even books and other knickknacks.  And the great thing about these platform beds is they don’t even look bulky and humongous.  They actually look modern because of their design–elegant bed frames, upholstered headboards, clean lines and simple construction.  So if you’re planning to do home renovation, it would be wise to invest in a platform bed because you’ll never when you’ll need extra storage or something.  Visit eroomservice.com for more designs and info.

mississippi

September 23rd, 2009

When you talk about Mississippi, you can’t help but mention or talk about their music.  This is the birthplace of the blues and music legends like BB King and Elvis Presley.  And when I visit this place someday,  I won’t miss the chance to each and every key site in the Mississippi Blues Trail.  Right now, I’m learning more and more about this state through some mississippi chat lines.

montana

September 22nd, 2009

When you think about Montana, the first that comes to mind is Yellowstone Park.  But do you know that Montana is also famous for some of the eerie, scary and most haunted hot spots in the US?  How do I know this?  Of course, I discovered this through this montana chat room. So Montana is not all about grizzly bears and wolves, it’s also about ghosts.

cheap wedding dresses

September 21st, 2009

weddingI thought the more expensive the gown, the more beautiful the outcome.  But sad to say, this isn’t always true.  Just like the last wedding I attended wherein the bride’s wedding gown costs almost half the price of the whole entourage.  That’s crazy.  What she never cared to know is that one can get her hands on Cheap Wedding Dresses with Latest Styles at Zmnm.com without looking cheap and drab. Your guests wouldn’t even know.  And the rest of the wedding budget can be spent on more important things or you can even save it to help you and your partner start a new life as a couple.

dead computer

September 19th, 2009

My father seldom uses his laptop computer and yet his computer died on him.  Well, it didn’t die at once.  It initially gave signs that it would soon die a natural death.  First, the keyboard malfunctioned.  Next, the computer screen went blank and lastly, it didn’t turn on when you switched it on.  My father knows nothing about computers.  He just basically uses it to communicate with my sister abroad through emails and chat.  What he doesn’t know is he must have been hit by a virus.  It must have been the notorious kind for his computer to just die.  A trojan, perhaps.  Actually, I told him many times to get an anti virus.  I should have gotten it for him.  Besides, he really knows nothing about computers and expecting him to buy a virus protection program is like asking a kid to solve algebra problems.  So his computer is off to the computer shop for the much needed repair.  I hope the technician would be able to save his laptop because I know he got it brand new.  So I know it’s expensive.  I would call the technician tomorrow to install computer protection so these things won’t happen again.  I hope my father learned his lesson this first time around.

vermont

September 19th, 2009

I heard that Vermont city is one of the most beautiful cities in the US.  You can generally do any activity here from hiking, biking, fishing, or paddling and even golf.  It probably has something to do with its lush nature setting.  The people there are lucky.  They live in a refreshing and unspoiled countryside.  Anyway, I wish to join a vermont chat room if only to know more about their beautiful city.

wall fountains

September 19th, 2009

inspiration-falls-marble-2tThere’s something about restaurants that have wall fountains.  The atmosphere suddenly becomes conducive for eating more and talking more.  Conversations are definitely better when the ambience is relaxing.  I don’t know about eating more–if it’s good or bad but it’s definitely good for the business owners and definitely bad for the figure. Anyway, I would love to have a smaller scale version of Water Fountains at home. They say it’s good feng shui.  Remember the rave about Zen fountains in the ’90’s?  I think it serves the same purpose.  It turns any home into a home of good vibes.  Just the sound of trickling water would make anyone feel relaxed and right a home. Plus it’s a natural humidifier.  It’s also great for trapping or attracting dust particles and if you live in a high traffic area, it helps drown out irritating sounds of engine and horns.   And it also looks good and would make anyone’s home ultimately beautiful.  At SoothingWalls.com, you can choose from the many designs of floor or wall fountains.  It’s the number one retailer of water fountains for home and garden.  And they ship for free.  I suggest you go check out the site and choose from the wide array of water fountains for use in your home or business.
